Start your holiday shopping! Almost 40 vendors will be featuring their many one-of-a-kind items, including crafts, food from Vermont, chocolate, alpaca wool products, jewelry, hand-made cards, essential oils, holiday and Christmas decor, hand-painted signs, team blankets, bibs, knitted and crocheted items, recycled paper jewelry made by women in Uganda, wreaths, landscape paintings, Avon, Christmas ornaments, clothes, bottle lights, direct sales, hand-blown glass ornaments and a local author of Civil War books.
On Saturday, there will be a Victorian Tea. For only $5, enjoy freshly brewed tea from Simpson & Vail (of Brookfield), and tea cookies and sandwiches.
There are six terrific Take-A-Chance Prizes, ranging from “Brookfield Family Fun” and a “Fall Fashion and Beauty Package” to a “Mini Golf and Ice Skating Package” and, of course, a “Basket of Cheer”!
Free admission Friday and Saturday. Lots of parking.
The event will take place at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Parish, at 138 Candlewood Lake Road in Brookfield, CT, on November 2, from 5-8pm, and Saturday, November 3, from 9am – 4pm.
