Invested in providing additional services to its customers, Sanchez Repair Services, a local family-owned business established in 2013, became a dealer of Ferris products in July.
“We enjoy working in the Danbury community and wanted to offer additional services to customers,” explains owner Jose Sanchez, married to Sandra, who operates the multi-service business, Integrity Insurance, Tax and Services (IITS), in the same building.
“As we engaged in conversations with the Ferris representative, we knew it would be a good fit for our business, and we proudly became a dealer in July and expect to grow with them as a dealer.”
Sanchez has been providing repair, service and maintenance of all types of landscaping equipment, motorcycles, scooters, quads, automobiles, snow blowers and construction equipment for over five years. In Sanchez’s own words, “If it has a motor, we can fix it.”
For a company like Ferris that is growing very fast in the Connecticut market and is sold exclusively through an independent dealer network, partnering with an established business such as Sanchez’s was a no-brainer.
“Our partners are selected based on their dedication to providing a high level of service to their customers, ensuring parts and support close to our owners and operators,” explained Jim Howells, Territory Sales Manager for Briggs and Stratton.
“We were looking for a good business partner in the Danbury, Fairfield County, and the CT market that would complement our existing dealers who are in these markets and wanted to provide excellent service, manage the Ferris growth and do a good job of representing the brand.”
